The Overhang House

Project Description: 

A young business couple wants to explore the surroundings' possibilities and uniqueness by having a Modern Tropical House that emphasizes spaces and forms relative to the main structure and outdoor spaces.

The horizontal's fundamental shape emphasizes the four corner edges that define the space.

The interplay of overhanging balconies, large open windows with wood accents as brise soleil, and a circular hole on the deck's roof serve as a direct sunlight source for the client's plant collection that shows a distinctive accent for the overall visual appearance.

Lastly, the chosen materials, such as wood and stone, give the required texture, tone, and color to define its overall desired design interpretation for this project.
